How to add a Multiple / External Recipient for Patient Communications

In certain cases you may wish to include a family member or contact in patient communications.

Example, your patient is a Child that doesn't have an email address available and their family member wishes to have all Appointment Communication, reminders and updates to be sent out to them.

Here's a step by step guide on how you can add Multiple / External Recipient for Patient Communications in Zavy360

1. Click the Patient Icon, and then Search and Select the patient who you wanted to add a contact to be copied as a recipient for Relaying Communications

2. Once the on the Patient Profile, Click Family and Contacts.


3. From the Family and Contact Page, use the search box Add contact to search for the contacts you have added in your account.

Note: The Add contact Search Box also allow you to search Patients Records that you might wanted to be added as a recipient. You can create a new contact for external recipient or select an existing Contact that is already in your system to be added in as the Communication Recipient.

3. Once a contact is selected, you can toggle the Relay Communication to the selected contact, it will prompt that the selected contact will now receive messages.

You can also add multiple Contact's if you wish to have the Appointment Communications forwarded to multiple recipient.
