Customer or patients can cancel an appointment for all kind of reason. We use Cancellation Reasons to help you track and generate useful reports for future reference.
To add or manage Cancellation Reasons:
On the main menu, select Settings โ๏ธ, select Calendar
Under Calendar, click on Cancellation Reasons
Here, you can Edit existing entries, or hide any using the Archive action.
To create a new Cancellation Reason entry, simply click on New on the top right of the page.
Tip!
With Cancellation Reasons, create enough to help you track the different scenarios. But don't get carried away - depending on the size of the business - if you make too many reasons, the reports would not be helpful to you.
