Customers or patients may cancel appointments for a variety of reasons. Cancellation Reasons help you track these cancellations and generate useful reports for future reference.
To add or manage Cancellation Reasons:
Navigate to Settings โ๏ธ > Calendar > select Cancellation Reason
Click Edit to update existing entries, or use Archive to hide reasons that are no longer required.
To create a new Cancellation Reason
Click New in the top-right corner of the page. Then, enter the cancellation reason and save.
Tip!
Create enough cancellation reasons to accurately capture common scenarios, but avoid creating too many. Depending on the size of your business, having too many options can make reports less meaningful and harder to interpret.
