This guide covers adding additional fees, sometimes referred to as a fee schedule

Some businesses may require additional price lists, this is commonly used when health funds charge different fees for items or you like to give discounts to certain customers.

Some industries refer to price lists as fee schedules or schemes but they ultimately all do the same thing. A price list is alternative pricing for a product or service, Zavy allows for quick changing between pricing when adding items to a treatment plan or invoice.

Creating Price Lists

To add additional price lists within Zavy

  • Navigate to Settings > Financial > Manage Pricing

  • Click New, to create a new price list

  • Enter a Name

How to quickly update pricing for lots of billable items

The price list overview is great for changing prices on mass, like a spreadsheet you can quickly update pricing and then tab to the next field allowing for super-fast data entry without all the clicks.

Archive or Edit a Price List

Select the edit icon or trash can, please note you cannot edit the standard pricing column name.
