In this Article, we will discuss ways to customise your Calendar Preferences, these preferences are saved per login, and will apply when logging in from different machines.

1. Go to Calendar Preferences, From your Zavy360 Homepage, Click on Appointments.

2. On the Appointments tab, on the lower left portion of the screen you can see Calendar Preferences.

3. Calendar Preferences allows you to choose your preferred Calendar View, It Includes setting "Default to Today", which allows the calendar to always show you Today's date every time you go to the Appointments tab.

It also Includes the option to Hide Saturday, Hide Sunday and Hide Cancelled Appointment's that will allow you set your preference on which view you would want to be displayed on your Calendar.

It does not limit there as Calendar Preferences has the ability to adjust the Slot Interval in Minutes of the Appointment Block to 10 mins, 15 mins, 30 mins and 45 mins Interval, giving you more flexibility in adjusting your Appointments.

You can also change the Visible Slots of Time Range on your books, and this is helpful for you to set only your Business Operating Hours to be displaying on the Calendar.

Lastly, we can Customize the width of the Calendar Week View based on your preference. This will allow you to fully view the whole week of the calendar instead of Scrolling left and right on the page.
