In Zavy360, our Calendar πŸ“… offer you several ways to organize your day and manage your business operation.

Location & Users

Before we begin, let me point out you can only look at one location (calendar) at a time. The chosen business location is always indicated at the top right corner; to switch location, simply click on the Location pin πŸ“ and select your prefer location.

Next, you can only view calendars of users assigned to this location. They are listed in the box at the left bottom corner. Tick the calendars you like to see and this applies to all different calendar views.

Calendar View Options

Day view

Day view is the default view which displays today's schedule. The time-scale is organised by 15-minutes intervals. Because Zavy360 is mobile-friendly, you will have no trouble navigating your calendar on a computer, tablet or mobile device.

To jump to a particular date, you can either:

  • Use the left ◀️ arrow to look at previous day, or right arrows ▢️ to go forward.

  • Pick the date on the mini-calendar on the left

Can I double book appointments in Zavy360? Definitely.
Why? Sometimes people are late to appointments for all kind of reasons!

Week view

Week view is great way to check your location schedule over the next several days. It operates like the day view but with more columns! This is perfect if you have a large display.

Month view

On Zavy360, Month view displays the current month's days and usually a few days of the previous and the next month, in a table like format. With a helicopter view, this is really handy to look up future schedule.

Timeline

Timeline or Agenda view offers an alternative way to plan your daily schedule.

Larger business finds this helpful to view multiple users, with each calendar listed out along each rows. This is handy to check the availability of a specific resource or any scheduling needs.
