Medipass allows cloud based systems to easily claim Medicare (CDBS), DVA, Private Health funds and more without a terminal.
This article will cover the setup process
Prerequisites
Zavy360 premium subscription
Medipass account Sign up
Completed online claiming provider agreement form (HW207)
Staff configured in medipass (Valid provider numbers)
Enabling Medipass as a payment option
To enable Medipass follow these instructions
Navigate to the Settings page via the main menu (Insert Icon)
Expand the settings submenu Financial > Payments
Enable Medipass via the Enable switch
Set App ID to zavy-web - (Please make sure to enter in lower cases)
Click Save

You can download here and send it to the address provided on the form.
NOTE: When you get an error in online claiming call Medicare eBusiness team. 1800 700 199 (Opt 3).
When you get in contact with the Medicare eBusiness team, you'll need to provide them with both your provider number, and 'minor ID'. The minor id can be found on Medipass by:
Selecting on the 'Location tab'.
Click into your practice clinic.
The 'minor id' will be found under Medicare location ID & would look something like "PAO******".
Configuring Staff
Once you have enabled Medipass we should make sure our provider numbers match in both software for claiming purposes.
