Before attempting this guide you should have installed the HICAPS terminal and synced it with Zavy
Via the main settings page
Go to Business > Staff
Click edit for the staff member you want to assign a provider number
Click the add from HICAPS button,
Zavy will download a list of provider and merchant numbers from the terminal and you can add from here. Alternatively you can add the provider and merchant numbers manually without syncing from the HICAPS terminal
