How to add provider details for HICAPS

This is a prerequisite for HICAPS to be functional

Once HICAPS is successfully installed and working, the next step is to configure the practitioner details to start processing claims.

You can easily do this by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings>Business>Staff. Select the practitioner you want to configure and click the edit button.

  2. After clicking "edit," scroll down the page until you see the "Add from HICAPS" button (highlighted in a red box). Click it to open a screen displaying the practitioner's account details from Zavy.

  3. Find the correct account, select it, and the practitioner's details should automatically populate in their profile.

  4. If an extra line appears, remove the incomplete one and keep the most recent entry.

Following these steps will enable you to start claiming through HICAPS.
